The Université de Caen provides medical support for parabolic flights. In conjunction with Caen university hospital (CHU), the university has helped Novespace achieve biomedical research accreditation for the Airbus A310 Zero G.

The university, in collaboration with the CHU de Caen, provides onboard medical support and acts as sponsor, in line with the French law on biomedical research, of onboard external biomedical research experiments when volunteers are used.
