Passengers must be aged 18 or over. Some special flights are open to teenagers aged over 14 accompanied by a parent or family member.
Before your Zero G flight, you must have a medical check-up. You can book an appointment with your general practitioner, a flight physician or other medical doctor.
You are requested to have your compulsory medical check-up within 21 days of booking your flight if you book at least 90 days before the flight, and within 7 days of booking your flight if you book less than 90 days before your flight. If the Medical doctor considers that you are not fit, you will be fully reimlbursed from your advance payment.

As the aircraft is principally used for scientific research, only 3 to 6 weightlessness discovery flights are organized every year. Dates of flights appear on the page “Reserve your flight“.
Most flight are performed from Bordeaux airport. On rare occasions, flights are performed from another airport.
You can book your Zero G flight on our website or by contacting the Air Zero G teams.
The Zero G flight costs €7,500 per person, inclusive of VAT (20%) and other taxes. Second flights cost €6 750 per person, and €6 000 from the third flight.
Passengers are asked to pay a deposit of €2 250 when they make their booking, and the outstanding balance 60 days before takeoff (or immediately if the booking is made less than 60 days before the flight).
Payment of the deposit can be made online by credit card on the website or by bank transfer. The balance shall be paid by bank transfer.
By complying with these conditions, in the event that you are declared unfit at the time of the medical examination, you will be fully reimbursed.
The most important thing is to return the requested documents (data form and medical certificate) within the agreed time period.
We will send you some simple tips to make the most of your gravity-free discovery flight with the email containing your flight day program You do not need special physical training and the advice we provide is simple common sense: have a good night’s sleep, don’t drink too much alcohol on the day before the flight, and so.
You should arrive at Novespace around 8:00 am (bus transport is provided). As you will be provided with a flying suit and shoes, you do not need to bring special clothing. After donning your flight suit and eating a regular breakfast, you will attend a briefing at 8:30 am.
If you wish, you may ask a friend or relative to accompany you throughout the day (briefing, meal, talk, etc.) but not during the flight (additional service).
Since places on Zero G flights are limited, cancellation fees are high.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your flight, the cancellation fee is 30%. If you cancel less than 60 days before your flight, the cancellation fee is 100%.
If you wish to defer your Zero G flight with more than 60 days notice, the deferral fee is 30%.
From 59 to 21 days notice, the deferral fee is 50%. Deferral is no longer possible beyond that date.

If you are declared unfit during a medical check-up and you respect the prescribed time limit, you will be fully reimbursed. If you do not respect the prescribed time limit, the standard cancellation conditions apply.
Particularly unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems, and so on, may result in the flight being delayed up to 24 hours. You will be asked to allow for this eventuality in your schedule.
If the scheduled flight is cancelled, you will be given the choice between postponing your flight and a full refund.
